1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BillZoom website at bill-zoom.com(the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BillZoom is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create, customize, and download professional invoices and receipts in PDF format. The Service processes all data locally in your browser and does not transmit invoice or receipt data to any server.
3. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading invoices or receipts
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to generate documents that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered into invoices and receipts generated through the Service. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any document created using the Service.
4.3 Data Management
Since all data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend using the export feature to regularly back up your saved documents. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser cache clearing, browser updates, or other actions that may affect localStorage.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying code, is owned by BillZoom and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the invoices, receipts, and other documents you create using the Service, including all business information, logos, and other content you input. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
5.3 Templates and Designs
The design templates and visual themes provided by the Service are licensed to you for the purpose of generating documents within the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the templates themselves outside of the Service.

We do not warrant that:

- The quality of any documents, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
- Documents generated by the Service will be legally compliant in your jurisdiction

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
